The Once Uncrowned Kind of Rental Vacation ”  Streling Resort is back  after almost 18 years of wilderness wilderness after a long time . Sterling Resorts was founded by  1987 by R. Subramanian in 1987 and by  March 1996, it was selling 4,500 timeshare accounts a month through its 60 sales offices nationwide.

 With  12 resorts – with a total of 1,100 rooms – and occupancy was a healthy 65 per cent. Using surplus cash, the company built up a land bank of 175 acres in top tourist destinations

HoweverBy 1996 The timeshare market bubble had burst and the company was heading downhill with people  “ who were unable to understand the value proposition
Sixteen years on, Sterling is fighting hard to regain the trust of users, and the company going by the recent developments is ‘ back on the tracks with its first quarterly profit of Rs 62 lacs in 16years
